Fall 2022
MOVEMENT LAB
Theme: Exploring the Diaphragms
Sunday, October 9
9am to 10:30am
The respiratory & pelvic diaphragm anchor this exploration of the system of horizontal myofascial structures that offer support from the arches of our feet to our cranium. Aligning the diaphragms & getting them communicating can serve us well in our efforts to bring balance & harmony to our movement & teaching practices.

HOST A WORKSHOP AT YOUR STUDIO
I love sharing Pilates with other passionate and curious instructors. My workshops invite us to get playful in our bodies and expand our perspective of the work. They build critical thinking and intuition to allow instructors to cultivate and deepen their own unique teaching voice.
I am available to travel to your studio to offer novel workshops, forums and master classes built around multiple themes including my signature "Inviting the Spring Inside". While at your studio, I am happy to offer private sessions to workshop participants.
